Stopped in around 1:00 pm CST for a soy white chocolate Mocha. I have them made a particular way. I order them the same way. I have one every day. Two them busy. It was made exactly as specified, but it wash wrong. Not as I requested. I had to ask to have the foam taken out and whip on top. Not as printed, incorrectly on the label. The young lady that took the order, more involved in a casual, and apparently amusing conversation was not really listening. I have stopped by two other times here. They always seem to get it a little wrong. Note, it was not really busy and the fellow handling the drive through window made my drink while also working the window. He seemed focused. She did not. I moved my business from this closer location to 87th and Dan Ryan for this reason. If you stop in here, better check your drink. The standards are dropping here.

Let's start with the gaping potholes in the drive thru. Next, I ordered 2 different things and they were out of both items. And finally the snippy service If you go to either other Oak Lawn location you have much better luck. This one, not so great

The only reason this is getting two stars is because the coffee was still made right. But let me tell you how my order went. I ask for a pumpkin spice latte and I hear "when we get that" I begin to say I received a pass because I am a member and she begins to say oh yeah I'll get it for you what size you want baby. By this point I'm speechless. I can go on on what else was said but I'd rather advise everyone to drive to the other location on 111th and Cicero. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, and hope the other locations do not go down hill.

The staff is super friendly, and will adjust any price discrepancies if needed. No complaints on the staff. However, the location itself could use heat! I went in there today, and it was freezing. Other customers were commenting on how cold the place is. I wonder if they have the opposite issue in the summer? In any case, a warm location would generate more sit in customers. Please fix heat issue, and update narrow drive thru.

Ordered 2 drinks. Had to repeat order at drive thru 2-3 times bc girl kept getting the drink order wrong. Got to the window 5-7 min went by. Girl was not friendly or smiling. Again the drinks were made wrong so she took them back without apologizing. 5 minutes later we got our drinks. No smile,sorry,or have a good day for $5 a coffee I'll go to a different starbucks where my order is right and my business is appreciated.

All I want is a drink, but I'm always getting a side argument about something stupid. Today the woman insisted I said "Any Paper's Fine" when I said I wanted a "New York Times" and then she held the Sun-Times that she brought out and said "So you don't want this?" No. ("Welcome to Pop Copy, can I....") The details of drinks - sweetened, hot, cool, coffee, tea - are sometimes confused here and require a lot of extra talking, even when you don't want to converse. And I don't know if it's a city tax thing or what, but the drinks all seem to be about .25 cents more than usual - and unfortunately I know because I drink a whole bunch of Starbucks. The pluses? A sweet drive-thru and an unexpectedly large parking lot for such a small shop, and a really nice courtyard area that still has outdoor seating out in the middle of November, which is really cool. Literally. But very nice. I just wish the people were friendlier. Not ever kiss my ass friendlier, just not so much in my face friendlier.

I wish that I could give this review a hundred stars! I absolutely adore this Starbucks and its employees. Unlike the other reviews, I always get such good service and piping hot coffee. There is a sweet, pale, blonde girl (who must work around the clock-because she's always there!) who is so polite and personable. She's very professional and greeted my grandmother in Polish. She even helped my son solve a complex math equation one time. I know that I will forever be a patron of this Starbucks because I know that I will never be dissapointed.

They're open late. Hey, that's great, but the drive-thru is murder. I usually park and go in. Nothing spectacular about the atmosphere, but they do get my order right and are always friendly so they're getting an extra star for that. I stick with the iced, sugar-free skinny lattes.

This Starbucks is passable, but given the choice...I'd skip it. The drinks are mostly okay, the service is mostly okay, but the drive thru is ridiculous. Do not--I repeat, do not--even attempt this drive thru if you want/have/need to arrive somewhere in even a semi-punctually manner. You will be late. It is all but guaranteed. I understand mistakes happen (on either end) sometimes and a drink or two might need to be remade, but come on. One huge plus to this specific location is that it is open until midnight every single night, at least per the sign's bold statement. So if you need your fix late and you don't mind the wait, have at it. But don't stop here on your way to work in the morning...

Why do I have to wait so long? Why do they never get my order right? Why is the inattention of the staff acceptable? Go to 103rd and Longwood if headed east, the quality of service is worth going out of the way, or the Crestwood and Burbank locations.

They seem to forget my order easily. I came here today with a friend. She got a frapp and I got iced tea. I don't know how my iced tea took sooooo long. Also, the lady who took our order had a hard time remembering our order and we didn't order anything crazy -- two drinks.

I think that this paticular Starbucks used to be one of those quicky little banks that cropped up all over like a bad case of weeds in your lawn...the place it's self is small and cozy; 10 people would easy make this place very crowded, but with that said it's still nice. Would give it more stars but they're some what slow and getting into their parking can be somewhat risky with the drive pratically right on the corner of Cicero and 103 Street and if you go in the wrong one you'll find yourself facing the drive thru coming right you, that, and this drunken bum that decided to sit next to me as I write this.

Coffee is as good here as any other location. What makes me not go here is getting in and out of the parking lot. It is just not driver friendly. This is such a small locaiton, with 3 other locations a 5-minute drive away. Not worth the hassle.

The drive thru teller mixed my order with someone else's and I was charged the other persons order. The teller realized her mistake and refunded me the difference before I drove away. My drink was perfect!
